Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: August 27, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is part of the QuickVM Terms of Service and applies to everything you do with the Service: the platform itself, virtual machines you run on QuickVM-operated infrastructure, and activity the Service orchestrates on infrastructure you connect. You are responsible for your workloads and for the people on your teams.

1. Illegal and harmful activity

You may not use the Service to:

2. Network abuse

You may not use the Service to:

3. Email and messaging

4. Cryptocurrency mining

Mining is prohibited on QuickVM-operated infrastructure. This includes cryptocurrency mining and similar schemes that convert compute, storage, or bandwidth into tokens or credit (for example, proof-of-work mining and bandwidth-sharing or "passive income" agents). We treat detected mining as grounds for immediate suspension.

5. Resource use and platform integrity

6. Enforcement

When this policy is violated, we may throttle resources, disable network access, suspend workloads or accounts, or terminate service — with notice beforehand when the situation reasonably allows it, and without notice when it does not (for example, active attacks, illegal content, or a court order). We may also remove or disable access to content that violates this policy and may report unlawful activity to law enforcement.

7. Reporting abuse

To report abuse originating from the Service, email support@quickvm.com with the relevant logs, timestamps (with timezone), and IP addresses. We investigate credible reports.
